Hello

I have been a Communication Coach and Instructional Designer for over 20 years.  My programs are all about practicality and immediate application. I'm here to equip you with communication and presentation techniques that you can start using in any professional or personal situation right away.  My programs are interactive and delivered in a conversational style that feels more like a chat with a friend than a lecture. Whether we're working one-on-one, in a group setting, or a keynote address, my goal is to make learning enjoyable and effective.

One of my great joys has been as an adjunct professor at Kean University (KU), Union, NJ for 24+ years.  There, I was the first adjunct to be awarded the prestigious Quality First Initiative Grant to provide teacher in-service training. In 2015, I proudly launched KU's first Listening course, that, I also teach at Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ.  My courses are featured in best-selling author, Dan Lyon’s book, The Power of Keeping Your Mouth Shut.   These courses have also been recognized by the International Listening Association with the Outstanding Educator award (2018). 

I  speak on Listening and other communication topics in keynote addresses including the New Jersey Certified Public Accountants Association, the New Jersey Educators Association,  the International Listening Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

I am proud to have served on the Board of Directors of the International Listening Association (ILA) for 6 years.  I hold an MA in Instructional Media & Technology from New York University. But beyond the credentials, it's my passion for creativity and a client-centric approach that really make the difference.
